Dispatch origin and processing time
Physical goods are dispatched from Hong Kong. In-stock orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment is received and complete order details are confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
Custom orders, pre-orders and installation
Production time and the estimated dispatch date for custom orders and pre-orders are confirmed before we accept the order and payment. Production time excludes transit time. Professional installation is provided by appointment at the service location and is not subject to physical-goods shipping times.
Hong Kong shipping fees
SF Express delivery to residential and commercial addresses in Hong Kong costs HK$30. Eligible Hong Kong orders reaching HK$3,000 can select free shipping under the checkout conditions. Final available methods and fees are shown at checkout.
International shipping and fees
We deliver to Hong Kong and enabled destinations. The current international rate options are Hongkong Post e-Express+ (HK$150), SF International Economy Express (HK$300) and DHL Express (HK$400). Availability and the final fee for your destination are shown at checkout. For destinations not listed, contact us before ordering and paying to confirm delivery arrangements.
Estimated transit and total delivery times
The estimates below apply to in-stock orders. Total delivery estimates allow 2 business days for handling plus carrier transit time after dispatch. Handling time and transit time are separate.
- SF Express to Hong Kong residential/commercial addresses: approximately 1–2 business days after dispatch; approximately 3–4 business days including handling.
- Hongkong Post e-Express+: approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch; approximately 9–16 business days including handling.
- SF International Economy Express: approximately 4–12 business days after dispatch; approximately 6–14 business days including handling. Offered only to confirmed supported destinations. This option is currently unavailable for Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Spain, Israel and Norway.
- DHL Express: approximately 1–4 business days after dispatch; approximately 3–6 business days including handling.
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Destination, customs clearance, remote areas, local holidays, weather and carrier service conditions may extend transit times. Available methods are shown at checkout. If you have a required arrival date, contact us before payment to confirm the estimated transit time for your address and selected service.
Tracking and shipping issues
Available tracking details are provided after dispatch. For delays, loss or transit damage, contact cs@antipro.watch with your order number and supporting information. We will assist with carrier enquiries and follow-up. Defective or damaged products are handled under our refund policy.
Customs and contact
International orders may incur local duties, taxes or import fees. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are payable by the recipient.
