This website is operated by Primemory Limited under the Anti-Pro brand. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Primemory Limited. By accessing or using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). These Terms apply to all users, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have received parental consent to use this site.

Anti-Pro is an independent watch protection film brand. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or authorised by Rolex, Patek Philippe, Richard Mille, Audemars Piguet or the other watch brands mentioned on this website. Brand names and model references are used solely to identify product compatibility. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 1 - PRODUCT USE AND WARRANTY

  1. Product Usage Disclaimer

    • Anti Pro’s protective films are designed for specific watches and should only be used as intended. Any misuse or unauthorized application may void warranties or guarantees.
    • The performance of protective films may vary under extreme conditions (e.g., high temperatures, impacts).

  2. Material Disclaimer

    • Anti Pro films are manufactured using premium-grade TPU material. However, minor imperfections, such as micro-bubbles or slight edge inconsistencies, may occur and do not constitute a defect.

  3. Warranty and Coverage

    • The one-year unlimited film replacement and maintenance service applies only to Anti-Pro Professional Installation Service purchases and purchased Care+ plans, subject to the applicable service terms. Film-only purchases and DIY kits do not automatically include this one-year service. Please see the product page for DIY kit Care+ upgrade conditions. This service covers the protective film and is separate from the watch manufacturer's warranty.
    • Replacement services are limited to the original purchaser and may require proof of purchase. Anti Pro reserves the right to deny warranty claims in cases of clear misuse.

SECTION 2 - FILM INSTALLATION SERVICES

  1. Anti-Pro Installation Providers

    • References to Anti-Pro designated installation providers relate solely to the installation of Anti-Pro products and do not imply authorisation by any watch brand. Professional installation is available through Anti-Pro designated providers. Customers should inspect their watches immediately after installation.

  2. Installation Risks

    • Anti Pro is not responsible for any damage, scratches, or imperfections caused during the installation process by Anti-Pro designated installation providers or third-party technicians.

  3. Self-Installation

    • Customers opting for self-installation assume all risks. Anti Pro provides tools and instructions for proper installation but cannot guarantee results.

SECTION 3 - CARE AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Cleaning Instructions

    • Clean the protective film regularly using water and a soft cloth to maintain clarity and prevent residue buildup. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

  2. Film Removal

    • Anti Pro’s films are designed for easy removal without leaving adhesive residue. Customers can visit Anti-Pro designated installation providers for assistance if needed.

SECTION 4 - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  1. Eligibility

    • Products can only be returned or exchanged if unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
    • Installed protective films are non-returnable unless proven defective.

  2. Return Costs

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

  3. Custom Orders

    • Customised and special-order products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. If a product is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us in accordance with our refund policy.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCT SUITABILITY

  1. Material Compatibility

    • Anti Pro films are suitable for various materials, including ceramic, gold, and stainless steel. However, customers should verify compatibility with their specific watch model.

  2. Special Features

    • Anti Pro films are specifically designed for high-end watch brands, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Richard Mille, and Audemars Piguet. For models not currently supported, we offer customization services to create bespoke protective films tailored to your specific watch.

      Note: A service fee will apply for the creation of new film models as part of our customization process. Please contact us for further details.

SECTION 6 - DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

  1. Watch Condition Disclaimer

    • Anti Pro is not liable for any pre-existing defects, damages, or scratches on a watch before film installation.

  2. Third-Party Damage

    • Anti Pro is not responsible for damages caused by Anti-Pro designated installation providers or unauthorized installers.

  3. Environmental Factors

    • Protective films may degrade over time due to exposure to extreme environmental conditions. Anti Pro is not liable for damage caused by such factors.

SECTION 7 - PURCHASING AND DELIVERY

  1. International Shipping

    • Anti Pro ships internationally. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees.
    • Please see our Shipping Policy for dispatch processing times and transit arrangements.

  2. Payment Methods

    • Anti Pro accepts online payment methods, but cash-on-delivery (COD) is not available.

  3. Order Accuracy

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Anti Pro is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. Content Ownership
    • All website content, including text, images, and designs, is the property of Anti Pro and protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.

    • Anti Pro does not guarantee that its products will prevent all scratches or impacts. Customers must handle their watches with care.

    • Anti Pro is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products or services.

Anti Pro reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Customers are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
